are trying to run the sent
customization application again and
again, instead of the "Vjyotish.exe",
which is the actual software. |
The
sent customization application will
simply extract some pre-processed
customized files to the requisite
folder and will terminate thereafter.
Please
remember that the sent Vjyotish
customization application is
not “Vjyotish” itself. The
sent application
contains
some data files only,
processed for your own
birth-data. The
actual software, “Vjyotish”,
has to be downloaded by you
from my website (click
here to download). |

When
you double-click on the sent Vjyotish
customization application (for example
- "S2024.exe"), following
two screens should appear in sequence.
In the first screen, your name would
be written in the title bar. The title
bar of the second screen would show a
different application name (instead of
"S2024.exe"). After
extracting your data files to the
requisite folder, this application
will terminate. |

you can view the similar program
screens on your computer while running
the sent Vjyotish customization
application, the above listed first
two possibilities (of file corruption
while uploading or downloading) are
eliminated. Your customization
application is functioning perfectly
okay. Now you need to read Vjyotish
customization procedure carefully. |

you still remain unable to solve the
problem, it will be
easier for us to locate and fix the problem
if you write about the exact stage at which
the error is encountered and the details of
