you understand that astrology is a
Divine science and no Astrologer would
ever be so presumptuous as to claim an
understanding of every aspect of this
spiritual study. We seriously attempt to
make available to our customers the
science of traditional Vedic wisdom, as
applicable to financial markets, with whatever little
knowledge we have been able to gather
within more than last two decades.
We generally expect the success rate of
our forecasts to hover around 75%. Our
past experiences about the success rate
of our various forecast models have
ranged between 65% and 85%. Though
occasionally,
it has gone up to 92% on the higher
side and 56% on the lower side (very
rarely). |

Keeping the
above fact in our mind, we have kept our
prices very modest, with a
target success rate
of forecasts at least 75% (though we
expect to perform much better normally).
We feel that we deserve fees only if our
forecasts are correct up to an acceptable
level. Otherwise, we have no right to keep
your fees, whatever may be the reason of our
failure. |

The refund percentage would be
calculated on the amount after deducting 10% from your
total payments towards "Payment Gateway
charges" and some other such non-refundable
expenses which we have to bear invariably. |

Procedure for claiming the refund: |
In the
unlikely event of failed predictions, you
may claim pro-rata refund from us (as shown
in the above table). The refund-claim should
be made only after the expiry of the
concerned forecast report so that exact
percentage of successes and failures can be
calculated. Pre-mature claims would not be
entertained.
If your claim is substantiated with proper
and un-disputable "proofs", it will help us
in processing your claim and making you immediate refunds. The
un-disputable "proofs" may be as
follows:

market data of concerned commodity,
metal or stock, of the period in question,
collected from a reputed website (like
"Yahoo Finance" or other such big
finance web-portal). Also send us the
link of such web-page from where we can
also get this data to verify your claim
ourselves. |

Any other
reliable and reputed source of
information which you think would be
irrefutable and
substantiate your claim. |
