EFFECTS OF MOON TRANSITS in 8th House/ Nakshatras of 8th Lord
from Moon:
|
(a) All
Nakshatras constituting the sign(s) of 8th lord (Ashtmesh)
from Natal Moon should be avoided. The auspicious works (like
Marriage, Grah Pravesh etc) should not be done when Moon
transits such Nakshatras. If auspicious activities are
performed during such period, it will result in wastage of
efforts, sorrow and illness etc.
Note:
Learned Jyotish scholar, Pt. Mukund Daivagya, in his book "Ashtakvarga
Mahanibandh" (page 252) says that all Nakshatras,
concerned with both signs of 8th lord, should be entirely
avoided, even if only part of the Nakshatra is a constituant
of 8th lord's sign.
(b) Moon,
the significator of mental peace and emotions, feels extremely
uncomfortable in the turbulent atmosphere of the eighth house.
It creates a lot of emotional conflict within the native. You
should also avoid any arguments until Moon is in this
position. Some depression and stress prevails. You might face
some unnecessary fears and anxiety too.
(c) When
Moon moves into your eighth house from where natal Moon is
positioned, you may face health issues. Possibility of
accident increases. Don't take any kind of physical risks.
Watch your step on the stairs and be careful while crossing
the road.
(d) When
Moon transits 8th sign from your natal Moon, there will be
many obstacles in your path at your workplace. Avoid conflicts
and disagreements with your seniors. Your enemies will
increase and will give you troubles.
(e) During
Moon's transit in 8th from natal moon, avoid all investments,
as it is a very bad period and possibility of losses is very

Third Column shows the House number (counted from Natal
Moon) in which Moon is transiting on concerned date. If Moon
transits the 8th house, House information is preceded by a
'Star' (*)
to attract your attention on the 8th house transit, due to
its special significance.
(d) The Fourth Column shows the astrological
negativity value accumulated due to such transits. If Moon
is transiting in a Nakshatra of 8th Lord sign but it is not
in the 8th house itself, then (-1) value is shown. But, if
Moon is also transiting in the 8th house also
simulataneously, then (-3) value is shown.
