Name of the needed
report:
Write exactly the same
sentence as written on
the header row of the
sample page of the
concerned report to
avoid any confusion.
For example:

or,

comparison for a

Duration of the
report:
Write the time
duration ("Start date"
and "End-date")
clearly, for which the
report is needed. If
the report is needed
for isolated dates
(which are not in
continuation), write
individual dates. You
may also order for a
"Single date".

for which the report
is needed:
The Pancha-pakshi
reports are based on
the local Sun-rise and
Sun-set timings and
thus dependent on
geological coordinates
of the place
concerned. Therefore,
you are needed to
mention the name of
the place/city, for
which this report
should be calculated.
