through online classes. There may be two modes of classes:

Pre-recorded classes |
| The option of On-Demand,
One-to-One, Doubt Clearing Sessions (DCS) is
applicable for the pre-recorded version of the course
only. |

| Eligibility & Duration for
the Doubt Clearing Sessions (DCS): |
Those registrants of the pre-recorded course, who
have opted to subscribe for the "Doubt Clearing
Sessions" (DCS) also, additionally, while buying
the course, will be eligible to ask for
the Doubt Clearing Sessions from the course
teacher.
The registrants can utilize this
facility of DCS within a period of "One Year" from the date of
registration to the Course.
Conditions/ Rules for
the DCS: |

(a) |
The asked questions must
only be related to the content taught in a class
and which you are unable to understand due to some
reason. |
|
|
|
|
(b) |
The questions may be
asked only about those classes of the course,
which you have purchased. The questions related to
unpurchased classes can not be asked.
For
example, if you have purchased both levels of the
course (Level-1 & Level-2), you are eligible to
ask for the doubt clarifications regarding the
content taught in any class.
However,
suppose, you have purchased "Level-2" of the
course only and at any point of time you feel a
need to get clarifications/ guidance about some
basics which were taught in "Level-1 classes",
then, in that case you are not eligible for a DCS
about those basics taught in "Level-1". |

| How to ask for a Doubt
Clearing Session? |
 |
Send your queries, which
you wish to be addressed by the course teacher,
through email only. It may take upto 3-4 days for
a reply from the course teacher. Please be
patient. |

|
|
|
All queries should be
sent to following email id only. |

|

|
The queries sent by any
other mode, like WhatsApp, Messenger etc., or
asked telephonically, will
not be entertained. |

|
|
|
|
The subject line of your
query should start with the text
[Query for
DCS-SBC]. Thereafter write
Class number
about which your query relates to.
An exemplar Subject
line may be:

Write following
information at the start of your query:
(a) Query related to
Syllabus/ Contents of which Class no?
(b) Query
related content may be found in Class's video at
Hrs:Mts
Important:
Write seperate
emails for the queries related to different
classes. Don't try to mix queries related to
various classes in a single mail. |

Your question should be
written in a very clear and descriptive manner so
that it can be understood by the course teacher easily. Don't
write it in a haste. |

| How you will receive the
solution to your query? |
Your asked query
may be replied through any mode of communication,
which will be found most appropriate by the course
teacher to reply it.
The reply may be
through email, WhatsApp, through a telephonic
conversation or even a live Virtual Conference
through Zoom or any other platform.

| How many times you may
approach the Course Teacher with your Queries? |
You may approach
the course teacher for limited number of times and
for limited duration of conversation, during the
permitted period of access to your course (i.e.
365 days), as detailed below:

Note:
Each Doubt
Clearing Session (DCS) can be of maximum
15 minutes. If the nature of your query
requires more time to answer, or there are
many queries in a single DCS session
requiring more time to answer, as many DCS
slots (in multiples of 15 minutes) will be
deemed to have been utilized. |
