At
the moment, there are no charges for
upgrades. Any body can download Vjyotish
from my site. Therefore, whenever a new
version is released, you can always upgrade
by simply downloading the newer version from
my site. Normally, your old data files will
work with the new version also, unless and
until there is a structural change in data
files also for the new version. But it
seldom happens. Within last two years, I
have upgraded Vjyotish thrice and my old
customers are simply downloading and using
newer versions, without having to pay
anything. However, in such a case where up gradation
involves change in data file
structure also, then I have to re-process
your data files again to be compatible for
the new version. For that, I shall charge
30% of the price.
