System requirements:

Vjyotish may be installed on any PC, which is IBM compatible; having at least archaic 386 motherboard (which is difficult to find these days) or higher (latest Pentium-4); 8MB RAM or higher, is needed to run the program. The operating system must be any version of Windows, starting from Windows-95 (Windows-95, Windows-98, Windows-2000, Windows-ME, Windows-NT or Windows-XP).

However, it can not be installed on those machines, of whom, operating system is other than Windows. It can not run on Macintosh machines.
